Vaccines
Childhood, adult and travel vaccines. Cold-chain compliant from warehouse to clinic fridge.
Vaccines, insulin, IV antibiotics, biologicals and emergency injectables — handled under strict cold-chain conditions from our facility to your clinic fridge, with the transport documentation your regulatory audits require.
Vaccines, insulin and most biologicals are only effective if their temperature envelope is maintained every hour between manufacture and administration. A single breach — even a couple of hours in a hot vehicle — can silently compromise the product. We pack every cold-chain shipment in insulated containers with conditioned gel packs, dispatch on priority logistics, and provide a transport temperature log for institutional orders. If a breach occurs in transit, we do not deliver the product.
Cold-chain and standard injectables — for hospital wards, clinics, and retail pharmacies.
Childhood, adult and travel vaccines. Cold-chain compliant from warehouse to clinic fridge.
Human and analogue insulins — short, intermediate and long-acting formulations.
Reconstitutable IV antibiotics across common classes — hospital inpatient and surgical use.
EPO (Wepox) and other biological injectables — refrigerated supply with transport logs.
Saline, dextrose, water for injection — supporting IV therapy and reconstitution of powdered medicines.
Adrenaline, atropine and other emergency medicines for crash carts and casualty departments.
Temperature-sensitive injectables are silently compromised by heat. There's no visible sign — the vial looks identical. The product simply stops working.
Vaccine antigens degrade when exposed to heat. A vial that's been at 30°C for hours may still look normal but produce almost no immune response when administered.
Insulin is a protein — heat causes it to unfold (denature) and lose its blood-sugar-lowering effect. A patient relying on compromised insulin is at real clinical risk.
Pharmacy inspections and institutional procurement audits now expect cold-chain transport documentation. Without logs, the receiving facility has no proof the product was handled correctly in transit.
Follow the cold-chain journey from our refrigerator to your facility.
Cold-chain products live in a dedicated 2–8°C medical refrigerator — never a domestic kitchen fridge, where the door opens 20 times a day and temperature swings widely.
Each shipment is packed in an insulated container with conditioned gel packs sized to the volume and transit time. Larger orders for longer distances get more insulation, not less.
Cold-chain shipments dispatch on priority logistics — not the standard overnight schedule — to minimise hours in transit. Transit time is logged for institutional records.
The shipment arrives with a transport log showing the temperature envelope. Your facility takes over cold-chain custody from delivery — ready for a fridge check and immediate storage.
Cold-chain injectables are stored in a dedicated medical-grade refrigerator at 2–8°C, never in a domestic kitchen fridge. Shipments are packed in insulated containers with conditioned gel packs sized to the volume and transit time. Priority logistics minimise hours in transit. Cold-chain transport logs are provided for institutional orders that require them for regulatory audits.
We size the insulated packaging to the shipment and transit time so temperature is maintained throughout. In the rare case of a documented cold-chain breach, we do not deliver the product — it is returned and replaced. We do not ask facilities to accept temperature-compromised biologicals or vaccines.
Every cold-chain order includes batch number, lot number, manufacturing date, expiry date, manufacturer Certificate of Analysis where applicable, and a cold-chain transport log showing the temperature envelope during transit. This is the documentation pharmacy inspections and hospital procurement audits typically verify.
Yes. Hospitals receive full cold-chain documentation and priority dispatch. Pharmacies receive the same cold-chain handling with retail-appropriate pack sizes and pricing tiers. The documentation protocol is identical for both.
Yes. We have access to a network of authorised manufacturers and distributors. If you need a specific vaccine, insulin analogue, biological, or emergency injectable not in our current stock, send us the product name, strength and pack size — we'll confirm availability, pricing and lead time, and arrange cold-chain delivery.
Yes. Pharmacies and clinics with predictable vaccine or insulin consumption can set up scheduled recurring deliveries — same cold-chain protocol every cycle. This reduces the storage burden on your facility and ensures you never run short between orders.
Send us your product list. We respond within 24 hours with availability, cold-chain dispatch timing and pricing.
